    Very good

Fair sized room with plenty of light in (three windows), excellent bed.

some noisy people staying more or less next door; the bathroom could have been a little larger and definitely cleaner.

    Exceptional

Perfect location in the center of the city, very near to central station ,shopping streets,Hotel staff was very helpful.Rooms were very nicely furnished and well maintained.Although my trip with my family was small but I loved my stay at the hotel and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Copenhagen and wish to stay in the heart of the city.

Trip to Hotel Viktoria was a memorable experience, I had a great time , hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the city, restaurents, pubs, bus/train transportation is very near to the location of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one who is vising copenhagen as its located very much close to most of the happening places. cheers. :)

I've a feeling this joint is being used for more street trade than holiday makers. I tried in vain to find a phone number or email address that would connect me to Hotel Viktoria before arrival. I knew then that it was going to be dodgy. Booked.net were not helpful in making a connection with Hotel Viktoria either.

    Very good

The place is really convenient. It's close to Copengagen Central Station (København H) and only 15 minutes on foot to Nyhavn.

Wifi was really bad, it wasn't possible to connect from room (3rd floor).

Located close to the central station; 7Eleven shop, which is nice for quick breakfast, is opposite the hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never seen so small bathroom (only 90 x 120 cm – at the 4th floor, single room No. 307). Actually it is toilet with shower. There is a very small sink and shower literally over the toilet. Water from the shower remains in the bathroom, because the drain is at the top of the leaning floor, and then it is impossible to use toilet without having foots immerged in the water. There was no in-room safe, and no work desk, however, it is declared at the home page of the hotel, that: "All the modern guest rooms at Viktoria Hotel include an in-room safe, work desk..." !!! The room was without wardrobe (only 4 hooks), without chair, without room phone, without fridge, without hair-dryer. Four-floor hotel Viktoria is without elevator, and stairs are really very steep and unpleasant to climb up with luggage. The hotel is noisy because of the wooden floor corridors and very thin walls. Actually the name of the hotel is „Touchè“; so it is impossible to find hotel with the name Viktoria!

It is located close to Central Station, so the location is good. Bed linen seemed clean.

It is hard to call it a hotel, a hostel at most. I had to change 3 rooms: in the first one the shower holder was broken, moreover the shower door was removed from the rim and placed and leaned onto a wall. The next room had only 2 tiny windows and none of them would close tight enough, while one would be rotten and had a 2 fingers wide crack. The third a bit more decent, though none of them had a wardrobe or closet or something for the clothes, then the bathroom was so tiny that you could only take a shower while sitting on the toilet. Choose it only if budget is a serious issue.

    Very good

The central location with everything from restaurants, bars, grocery stores directly aroung the corner and museums and shopping streets as well as Tivoli just a ten minute walk away

The room was compact and very sufficient, but the window sills were not clean when I arrived..there were hair and some cut off nails on it. Above the main entrance of the hotel, it says Hotel Touche. The name Hotel Viktoria is only put up in very small letters on the left hand side of the main entrance, kind of confusing.

Very good location, walking distance from Central station, free Wi-Fi with good speed.

The in-room vault did not work. When we reported this to the reception, instead of fixing the problem they told us that we could leave our valuables in the room because there was only one entrance and they were always watching. This is not acceptable. If I choose a room with vault, it is because I want to use the vault. I ended up carrying all the stuff (passport, iPad, home keys, etc) with me because of this. The room had an odor that could have been from someone smoking there.

    Very good

Worth its price, not far away from the central station and Tivoli park, good Pakistani and Turkish restaurants outside, free wi-fi with very high speed, quite comfortable bed. Good for short-term stay.

Tiny rooms, shower over the WC, no hairdryer, no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom), no fridge and no water, too much noise due to thin walls and little space, no elevator.

    - The windows were broken – it was difficult to close them. - The windows were extremely dirty. - In the bathroom there were some nails on the floor. - The bed-linen was dirty. - We did not have anyroom-service for 4 nights at all. - There was no fridge, no mini-bar in the room. - There was no electric kettle for making the tea in the room. - The guests have no possibility to smoke a cigarette in the hotel except outside on the street where in the evening at 11 o'clock somebody is offered the drugs in a minute cycle. - The internet connection was extremely poor; our smart-phones did not get any signal at all, my lap top had an extremely weak signal and sometimes we had to wait for minutes do download one single web site.

The rooms had a smell of mould and there was a hole in the bathroom roof in One room (ongoing repair).

    Fabulous

    Friendly hotel staff...

lots of noise because of the road and club on the ground floor. also people walking on the wooden floor corridors make lots of noise during the night and slamming doors at night uncomfortable.

    Very good

Nice location. It's easy to get to the city centre, to the canals, even to the Mermaid on foot. The room is quite pretty but small. 7Eleven shop is near. The personnel kindly provided us with a hairdryer

Firstly I thought that absence of the lift is not a serious problem but when I climbed up with a heavy suitcase I realized it is. Really the room wasn't cleaned uo for 3 days, only the garbage was taken away. And the shower is fearful.

    Superb

We love the Danish design! The central station, Tivoli and Sorget are in walking distance. There are shops and restaurants around (easy access to food) and there are a few museums around to visit.

Staff was a bit unresponsive - compared to other Danish folks. However it is not a real dislike as the hotel itself is great, I recommend to anyone. I was just surprised a bit.
